Helmet mod with 20% of dmg converted to energy. Permanent shield ( gadget ). Assault rifle / Plasma Heavy marksman rifle & N-Rage ( legendary pistol ) with 30m range. Build was created trying to not use the Overpowered weapon ( Compact AR, Heavy machine gun, Multi launcher, Big bang )
